Refund policy

IN STORE PURCHASES 
We will accept returns and exchanges for store credit on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags within 10 days of the purchase date.  All Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. ACCESSORIES, i.e. HATS, SCARVES, SOCKS, CANDLES, JEWELRY, BODY SUITS, NOVELTY GIFTS, are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We will happily accept returns for online store credit or exchanges on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags within 14 days from the delivery date.
ACCESSORIES, i.e. HATS, SCARVES, SOCKS, CANDLES, JEWELRY, BODY SUITS, NOVELTY GIFTS, are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.

If you wish to make a return or exchange for an online order, send an email request at moonflowercurated@gmail.com. 
Moonflower boutique , LLC reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise does not comply with our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Once a request has been approved, you may ship merchandise back with the carrier of your choice, please obtain a tracking number for your shipment, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns.
Returns can also be made in store if you are local.
